Tayesta is clean and comfortable. Owner was friendly and accomodated us for an extra night. Good facilities, not bad location .. about a 1/2 hour walk into the town centre. Easy walk to Transport World and about a 25 minute walk to Mptorcycle Mecca. Great night n day just round the corner - literally! Many thanks to housekeeping refreshing towels and the like .. we were happy to reuse for the couple of days we stayed .. also must add for the ladies, much appreciated the sanitary product disposal bag! Such a welcome touch not usually thought of .. 10 out of 10 there.

I was a little sceptical when I opened the door to my room because the room itself looked like it was out of the 50's (the funny little telephone recess, the pull-cord lights, and the built-ins in the bedroom). However, I had to take that all back! The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, I had a tonne of space, and the shower pressure was insane! The whole space was beautifully clean and had no funky smells at all (good or bad). I also liked that the motel cat came to visit me when I was stuck working at the dining table all day :)

The location was close to town. There’s a little store almost next door for food etc. a botttle shop just up the road. The shower was the best we had come across, the unit was roomy enough with all you need. Highly recommend
